Anyone can tell me the life span of a koi or carp?

under good care up to 40 years
The average life span for Koi is around 25 to 35 years. The maximum life span can be over 200 years in exceptional cases. Koi can reach 18 inches in 3 to 4 years, depending on the pond size, food, and water conditions, the maximum length is about 3 feet.
koi are very long lived fish, there are records of some in the orient living over way over 100 years
under ordinary care: 25
good care(extra pond maintanance):30
there are records of koi living well over 40 but this depends on the breed and other factors. carp are simply wild-coloured koi, therefore the life should be the same:)
In good conditions around 20 to 30 years.
