I plan on getting fresh beefheart from the butcher. Also do you use the recipie yourself?

we used to grind the beefheart very fine (or food processor)
then spread it out on baking sheet and freeze, after freezing you can break into desired pieces and put into freezer storage container
mix with spinach and a vitamins if you feel the need and frreze in cubes. or mix with agar-agar and use soon as set
