what do u feed baby guppy with? sinking food or floating food?
Answers:
First, yes you will be overstocked. They can have 1-200 babies at a time! And they give birth every 28 days or so. It's best to let nature take it's course and leave the female to give birth in the tank . and let the fry survive on their own. Otherwise call around and find petstores that will take your fry when the get to be about 1 inch. Tip, no chains (petco, petsmart, ect) will buy fish from you.
Feeding crushed flake is fine. Feed 3-4 times a day for best growth. Also, live foods like freshly hatched baby brine shrimp will also help them grow.
floating flakes crushed up. If it is a tiny baby guppy you can get special food in a tube from the pet store. I cant rember the name.
floating, they will eat both though
mine eat the flakes same as their parents. they do fine and have been for 6 generations
sinkin food so they can get to it
fry food~~~
